E-Mail should not be used for ANY Urgent problem, such as acute illness, injury, or urgent medication refills. We are not able to monitor or reply to E-Mail during office hours when we are caring for patients. In general, you may expect a reply from your doctor within 2-3 business days.  If your question is regarding an appointment, our staff will contact you by phone. If you need routine refills, and you have not been seen in the office within the past 90 days, you may be asked to schedule an appointment, depending on the medication requested. We do not refill any pain medications, or other controlled substances, without an office visit.
